WHY THIS TRAINING?
In over 20 years of professional massage and personal adventures, Freja has a tremendous collection of experiences and insight into both male and female sexuality. One thing that stands out is the gap in female pleasure. Men complain that women don’t want sex, women complain that men don’t know how to pleasure them. Men say. “I’ve had no complaints” women talk privately amongst themselves about how often they “perform” (translated, FAKE) pleasure in order to turn on and encourage the man, or at very least not offend him.
Guys, “I’ve had no complaints” is not good enough. Mature women often have difficulty communicating their needs, young people have grown up on a steady diet of porn and have no idea what real pleasure looks or feels like - since the focus is on what sex LOOKS like.

Freja believes that simply reading about something or even watching it on video, does not offer the same kind of skill building and mastery that having real experience with feedback does. These instructional classes are ALL done with both Freja and Anastasia present, and with a significant hands on portion done where Freja demonstrates techniques on Anastasia - and you repeat, with encouragement, feedback and adjustments if necessary from both. Sessions include you, Freja & Anastasia. There is a standard curriculum. However, there is a large individual component that is bespoke to you, your concerns, issues, preferences and or kinks. For example, if you are inexperienced and in a younger demographic, you are going to have a different focus than someone who is a senior and managing issues stemming from age, medication, or prostate issues. You may have a partner who has never been able to orgasm with you, or you may be someone who feels insecure about your ability to drive a woman wild. You may have particular kinks or fetishes, and want to know how to help the women you love enjoy them with you, instead of just tolerating them.

What do you mean by hands on?
Freja teaches in a “demonstrate and do” style where she demonstrates and explains different erotic techniques on Ana, and then you practice them. Both Ana and Freja can offer valuable insight and feedback and help you understand what it’s like from the receiver’s point of view and how you can refine what you’re doing.
Do you get naked?
Freja is clothed in her usual massage clothing, and Anastasia will be naked for the hands on part of the sessions. You are welcome to be clothed, or unclothed depending on your comfort level. The lessons are about teaching you how to pleasure a woman, BY pleasuring a woman.
What if I get turned on?
I would be surprised if you didn’t! Just enjoy it, both Freja and Ana are very comfortable with a man’s arousal and you can just relax.
Can I get massaged by one or both of you?
That’s not included in the classes, however you’re welcome to book separate sessions if you wish to be massaged.
How much do I get to touch?
The hands on portion is a primary part of each session. So you will be touching for a lot of it. You will use gloves for any internal penetration, and if you are interested in doing any kind of oral technique then a barrier (dam) will be in place between Ana’s pussy and your mouth. Safety first!! If there is any part of the touch you are uncomfortable DOING, Freja can demonstrate the specifics and you are not required to do any touching you don’t want to do.
Do I have to do everything listed?
If there is something you are uncomfortable with or simply do not want to do then you do NOT have to. You can observe up close and personal or skip it altogether.
I noticed you did not mention anal sex, do you cover it?
Freja will cover it on request, but it’s not something that you will be able to do with Ana’s body, as it’s outside of her comfort zone.
Can I pay in installments?
We do not offer deferred payment for these classes at this time. Payment can be done by cash, e-transfer, or credit card. I use square processor, and the billing statement on the card is The North Group, which is simply a nondescript name for discretion.
What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class As much of the material as possible will be added to the rest of your classes, adding on a little time to each.

You can book an “intensive” by special request,
where we cover the same information, but packed
into one very long intense day.
